Ukrainian Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture Tymofiy Mylovanov says the bill on labor developed by the Cabinet of Ministers and forwarded to the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s parliament, for consideration, provides that an employer will be able to dismiss employees on their own initiative only on the grounds set in the employment contract.
