French President Emmanuel Macron has said that together with the three other leaders of the Normandy Four – President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and German Chancellor Angela Merkel – he will consider the possibility of holding in a few weeks of a summit in the Normandy format.
