Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksandr Danylyuk, said that the Ministry of Defense should deal exclusively with policy-making.
“Much of what should have been done has not been done, so it needs to be introduced, first of all, for our army to actually become stronger,” Danylyuk told Channel 24.
