Polish Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz says Poland stands for the deployment of a UN peacekeeping mission in Donbas since this is important for its own security.
Speaking about Ukraine after the ministerial debates at the UN Security Council in New York on Feb.21, Czaputowicz noted that he would welcome the UN decision to also participate in the resolution of the conflict in eastern Ukraine by deploying peacekeeping forces in the area, PAP reports.
