Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko demands that the Russian occupation forces halt the attacks on the Ukrainian church in the temporarily occupied Crimea, the press service of the head of state reported.
During a Saturday meeting with the priests and Heroes of Ukraine, Poroshenko called unacceptable the earlier raid on the Cathedral of Volodymyr and Olga, the main Cathedral of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church under the Kyiv Patriarchate in Simferopol on Thursday morning.
