Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said Ukraine will do its best to return the celebration of the City Day to occupied Luhansk.

During the celebration of the Vinnytsia Day, he stressed that Dnipro, Mykolaiv, Lutsk, Zhytomyr and occupied Luhansk also celebrate their birthdays today, the president’s press service reported.
