The Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s Parliament, has passed amendments to the 2020 state budget of Ukraine, which are necessary to take action against the COVID-19 coronavirus and suggesting a threefold increase in budget deficit, up to Hr 298 billion ($10.9 billion).
