The COVID-19 pandemic has worsened the humanitarian situation in Donbas, eastern Ukraine, and exacerbated the plight of civilians living in the conflict zone, that is according to a survey conducted by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in government-controlled areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions from May 12 to June 3.
