During the Nov. 13 meeting held in Belgrade between U.S. Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker and Russia’s top presidential aide Vladislav Surkov, the parties have discussed the possibility to deploy a UN peacekeeping mission in eastern Ukraine, TASS news agency reported quoting Surkov as saying following the meeting.
