The SBU’s Anti-Corruption Department has been for more than a month monitoring Ukrainian Deputy Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons Yuriy Hrymchak and his assistant Ihor Ovdienko received the first part of the bribe.
