Secretary of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Natalia Bernatska has said the Supreme Court of Ukraine upheld the CEC’s appeal and overturned the ruling by the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal, which obliged the commission to arrange a repeat draw to determine the parties’ numbers on the ballot.
