The towns of Toretsk and Zalizne, as well as the villages of Pivnichne and Pivdenne in Donetsk region, have been left without water supplies.

The State Emergencies Service's local department was informed on Dec. 16 evening about increasing water losses of the Horlivka-Toretsk 900mm water supply pipe, as a result of which Horlivka filtration station No. 2 suspended water supplies.
