Head of the Information Resistance Group, military analyst and MP Dmytro Tymchuk reports that the combined Russian-separatist forces are massing military equipment and weaponry in areas near the border with Ukraine.
According to his post on Facebook, the accumulation of forces and military hardware of the Russian Armed Forces is being observed near the Ukrainian border in Rostov region.
