Ukraine’s Culture Ministry has put three Russian actors and a film director on the stoplist as those who pose a threat to the country’s national security.
They are Russian actors Alexander Fisenko, Yegor Barinov and Yevgeny Bakalov, and Russian film director Alexander Yakimchuk.
