The surplus of Ukraine’s national budget in January-November 2017 was estimated at Hr 5.52 billion, or US$198 million, against a deficit of Hr 45.543 billion, or $1.6 billion, year-over-year (y-o-y), according to Ukraine’s Treasury Service.
