Kharkiv-based Morozov Machine Building Design Bureau, which is part of Ukraine’s state-run military-industrial concern Ukroboronprom, has handed to the Army the first batch of seven BTR-4 armored personnel carriers (APCs) made of new Ukrainian armored steel.
