Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has addressed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) to immediately take up the issue of the return of Ukrainian guardsman Vitaliy Markiv to Ukraine.
