Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says that the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s parliament, on Dec. 3 should consider amendments to the Law on the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) regarding the continuation of an investigation into EuroMaidan killings early in 2014.
