A two-day meeting with leaders of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church, convened by Pope Francis, begins on July 5 at the Vatican. Present for the encounter are the Greek Catholic Major Archbishop of Kyiv-Halych, Sviatoslav Shevchuk; the members of the Permanent Synod and the Metropolitans of the Church; and the heads of various discasteries of the Roman Curia.
