The issue of the order on the execution of the ruling of Kyiv’s District Administrative Court dated Dec. 11, on the restoration of Roman Nasirov as head of the State Fiscal Service, signed by Nasirov, is unlawful, spokeswoman of the service Natalia Nepriakhina has reported.
“Today Nasirov has come to the Fiscal Service. No, he didn’t take the room by force. The head of the State Fiscal Service is Oleksandr Vlasov appointed to the post by the Cabinet of Ministers on Sept. 5, 2018,” she wrote on her Facebook page.
