Seven former U.S. ambassadors to Ukraine on Tuesday condemned efforts to use the country as a vehicle to “sow division” during the 2020 presidential election campaign. The letter, which appeared on the website of the Atlantic Council, did not specify what prompted concern among the former ambassadors.
