Maksym Melnichenko flew through the first stage of tests to weed out the corrupt and incompetent from Ukraine’s notorious prosecution service. He answered 100 computer questions in 100 minutes to pass with flying colors. Two weeks later, he passed stage two, an IQ test, scoring a 116.
