The first cubic meters of water appeared in Donetsk region on the Horlivka-Toretsk water supply system, and the start time of its supply in the districts will be announced later, deputy head of the Military Civil Administration of Toretsk Serhiy Vynnyk said.
“The first cubic meters of water came to Toretsk! We are taking in water into a reservoir. I will inform you about the time of the start of the water supply in the districts later,” he wrote on Facebook.
