Turkey’s state-run aid agency established a water treatment plant in southwestern Ukraine in an effort to resolve potable water issue.

In a statement, the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) said on Monday the water treatment plant was established in Vinogradovka village of southwestern Bolgrad city, mainly populated by Gokoguz-Gagauz Turks.
