At least two civilians were killed and two others wounded early May 18 during a shelling in the village of Troyitske in Ukraine’s conflict-hit eastern Lugansk region, authorities said.

Yuriy Garbuz, head of the Lugansk regional military-civilian administration, said on Facebook that Troyitske was attacked by 122-millimeter-caliber artillery shortly after midnight, with at least 15 shells landing in the village.
