Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko signed a decree to introduce a biometric system at its border control from Jan. 1 next year, the presidential press service said on Sept.1.
Xinhua: Ukraine to collect biometric data at border next year
According to the decree, Ukraine will collect biometric data from foreigners who cross the border in order to strengthen its national security.
