Volodymyr Yelchenko, the Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the UN, has called on the Russian authorities to implement the decision of the International Tribunal on the Law of the Sea.
“When in December the UN General Assembly, in its resolution of two-thirds of votes, called on Russia to release our sailors and ships, their delegation called this decision a “ridiculous attempt.” Did you have fun? Now follow the decision of the UN Tribunal!” wrote Yelchenko on his official Twitter account on May 25.
