Zelensky appoints Mykola Balan as commander of Ukraine’s National Guard

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Mykola Balan as commander of the National Guard of Ukraine, relieving him of his duties as commander of the National Guard and dismissing him from the post of deputy commander of the National Guard.

This is stipulated in decrees Nos. 404, 405 and 407 of June 13, posted on the presidential website on June 14.
