President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, by his decree, decided to form a civil-military administration (CMA) of the town of Severodonetsk, Luhansk region.
Corresponding decree No. 297/2020 of July 28 was published on the website of the head of state.
So, according to the document, in pursuance of the law of Ukraine “On Civil-Military Administrations” the CMA was created in the town of Severodonetsk.
In this regard, the commander of the Joint Forces Operation(JFO), the head of Luhansk Regional State Administration was instructed to carry out measures related to the formation of a military-civil administration.
The decree comes into force on the day of its publication.
As reported, on July 27, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky decided to form a civil-military administration (CMA) of the town of Lysychansk, Luhansk region.
The Law “On Civil-Military Administrations” entered into force at the end of February 2015.
