President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky notes that Odesa Port-Side Chemical Plant is in an excellent condition, and its team should not slow down, because there is potential for increasing the number of jobs and the return of sought-after specialists.
“Today we have a meeting with the business at this outstanding plant. For the first time in my life, I always wanted to see what it is – Odesa Port-Side Chemical Plant. Indeed, I see that the plant is in an excellent condition. The new director of the plant told me some figures. I really want to believe that you won’t stop there. You told me the number of jobs grew by 44%. But I know that the potential is higher. Because earlier 4,500 people worked, and now, you told me, 3,000 people,” he said at a meeting with business representatives of Odesa region on July 4.
Zelensky is convinced that there is a great potential for returning Ukrainian specialists to such plants as Odesa Port-Side Chemical Plant, because “indeed, the specialists who are lost by our state, work here in many plants and enterprises of the country for many years in a row.”
