Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that he intends to start his meeting with U.S. President Joe Biden on Wednesday with a discussion on Donbas and Crimea.

Zelensky said in comments to the Suspilne news website that the issue of investments will also be discussed at his meeting with Biden.

The topic of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline will be touched upon as well, he said.

“We have a painful issue. It’s Nord Stream 2. If its construction is completed, and everyone says that it will be completed, we will argue about the way it will function. If Nord Stream 2 becomes operational, we’d like to agree on certain concrete aspects and guarantees from the United States,” he said.

Zelensky said that he is speaking about a possible new package of sanctions against Russia.
