President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has said that the government will keep making personnel reshuffles in the Cabinet of Ministers until the country gets “a perfect government.”
“None of our officials is granted with immunity. This also refers to the government. In response to these words some Ukrainians may say that a government is a government and that our government is headed by the prime minister. But I believe that the president should watch it. If some of the ministers fail to carry out his or her duties, then I, as a president, will act to do the utmost to change one or another minister. And we will keep doing this until we get a perfect government, in which every person, every minister is appropriate for his or her position,” he said in a film dedicated to the first year of Zelensky’s presidency, which was broadcast on the Ukraine TV channel on April 22.
