Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that he would not visit Moscow to attend the Victory Parade, even if Russia invited him.
“No, I wouldn’t go. It seems to me, there hasn’t been any official invitation,” Zelensky said in a Skype-interview with The Globe and Mail.
