Oleksandr Lavrynovych, the justice minister during the tenure of ex-Pres Yanukovych, is suspected of paying $1 million to the US legal company, Skaden, recommended to Lavrynovych by Paul Manafort, Rada lawmaker Serhij Leshchenko said on ZIK TV Aug. 11.
