Protesters and riot police clashed in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, after allegations of vote-rigging in Sunday’s parliamentary election. Police used stun grenades, tear gas and water cannon to disperse thousands of protesters in Ala-Too square, before following them into nearby streets.
