MINSK – Belarus’ export fell by $2.055 billion over Russia’s restrictions on the export of oil products and due to supplies of contaminated oil from that country, Belarus’ Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei said as he addressed an extended meeting of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs board to review the diplomatic service’s performance in 2019, BelTA has learned.
