TBILISI – Georgia has registered 4,774 new cases of COVID-19 and 37 deaths in the past 24 hours, the Georgian Health Ministry said on Oct. 12.

There were 1,530 contagions and 23 deaths in Georgia the day before.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, Georgia has seen a total of 640,358 cases of COVID-19, including 9,306 deaths.
