NBC News: Lev Parnas associate pleads guilty to fraud and lying

David Correia, a business partner of former Rudy Giuliani associate Lev Parnas, pleaded guilty on Oct. 29 to defrauding investors of millions of dollars and making false statements to the Federal Election Commission.
