Politico: Charles Michel demands Russia investigate chemical attack on Navalny

European Council President Charles Michel on Tuesday reiterated the EU’s demand that Russia investigate the chemical weapon attack on opposition figure Alexei Navalny, and said EU leaders would consider punitive measures at their summit in 10 days.
