Politico: How Rome got it right on vaccinations

Romans like to complain that their city is chaotic and neglected by politicians, with corruption and bureaucratic hurdles leaving it on the verge of collapse. But the vaccination rollout, run by the regional government of Lazio rather than Rome’s City Hall, has been the exception to the rule.
