Reuters: Former Giuliani associate Igor Fruman pleads guilty in campaign finance case

NEW YORK – A former associate of Rudy Giuliani who helped him collect damaging information in Ukraine about U.S. President Joe Biden before the 2020 election pleaded guilty on Sept. 10 to one criminal count in a campaign finance case.
