OSLO – NATO has no intention of moving new land-based nuclear missiles to Europe, Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg told Reuters on Feb. 1, after the United States said it would suspend compliance with the Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces Treaty with Russia.
