The high representative for Bosnia-Herzegovina has warned about risks to stability caused by separatist Bosnian Serbs in a report scheduled for delivery to the UN Security Council this week.

They marked the day this year by passing laws obliging all state-owned companies to use Cyrillic in public communication and offering tax cuts for companies that opt to do the same. Serbs across the region are encouraged to fly flags on their balconies and Serbia's army displayed weapons and combat vehicles. In July, Serbian Interior Minister Aleksandar Vulin introduced the idea of a political union of Serbs in the region that he branded a 'Serbian World'.
