TBILISI – Anti-Russian demonstrators in Georgia demanding the resignations of some top officials and early elections are set for a third day of protests in the capital, Tbilisi, which they say will be peaceful after violent clashes with police two days earlier resulted in hundreds of injuries and arrests.
