Boris Johnson finally sent his Brexit wishlist to Brussels tonight – nearly a month after becoming Prime Minister.

The Conservative leader jets to Berlin on Aug. 21 for talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, followed by a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris on Aug. 22.
