Time: Zuckerberg reveals Russia’s Facebook election meddling plan

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced Sept. 21 that the company will hand over more than 3,000 Russia-linked political ads to Congressional committees investigating Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election.
