BRUSSELS – Foreign ministers from the European Union said the bloc would stand by its key foreign-policy positions on issues including the Iranian nuclear deal, Russia’s annexation of Crimea and climate change, but vowed to work with the new U.S. administration.

Meeting to discuss the fallout from Donald Trump’s victory in the presidential election, the bloc’s foreign ministers said they would seek to reinforce Europe’s voice on security issues and other key policies.
