Leaders of two key congressional committees made statements aimed at the White House, saying that a subpoena would be issued Oct. 4 and warning that stonewalling against the impeachment inquiry could lead to an additional article of impeachment on obstruction of justice. “We’re not fooling around here,” House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam B. Schiff (D-Calif.) said.
