From July 1, 2013, the functions of registration of legal persons and natural persons-entrepreneurs will be delegated to the State Registration Service.
From July 1, unified standards of business registration will be in Ukraine with relevant control of the quality of state registrars and the registration terms. However, the transfer will be maximum convenient and comfortable for business.
