The signing of a memorandum on deepening cooperation between Ukraine and the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) cannot be regarded as a change in Kyiv’s foreign policy course, spokesman of the Foreign Ministry Yevhen Perebyinis said at a briefing on Tuesday. "The signing of the memorandum cannot be regarded as a change in Ukraine’s foreign policy course, and European integration remains a strategic priority for us," he said, Interfax-Ukraine reports
